The challenge
We started the project with Rotlein about a year and a half ago. We needed to gain control of the entire system, mainly around forklift rental.
What was important to me was the issue of working in Excel. In the past a lot of work was done in Excel and I wanted to eliminate that from the way we operate and bring all the information into a single ERP system.
My fear was that the information would be exposed to others and that they could "make it disappear" with a rash click of a button.
It was important for me to get an accurate picture of the actions and changes made by each of the users – today the system fulfills its role in the best possible way.
The solution
Our warehouse manager, whose previous company had done a project with Rotlein, recommended Eran.
As part of the engagement we received a complete solution – Rotlein built a module that suits us for managing rentals and adapted the system to our service needs.
All departments work with Priority, and even the technicians' service system is in a pilot that Rotlein built – they created apps for us through which the technicians work in the field with tablets and are connected to the system.
The result
In the past we relied on Excel; today all the data is in Priority and it is possible to track actions, changes and the things that matter to me in managing the financial system.
Purchasing, imports and all order-related matters are also in the ERP system today and there is a link between them – I can link a customer order to what I purchased.
I recommended Rotlein to customers and they are already in the process of implementation with Rotlein themselves.
